• Scratch cards are only open to persons who are 18 years or over.
• Not eligible to participate: Current/previous employees (and/or their families) of Travelcards Ltd, Harding Retail and Thomson Airlines/Cruises, including all subsidiaries and affiliates of these companies suppliers, service providers and/or their agents, any other companies/personnel involved in the promotion, distribution, sales, loading or unloading of cards, or with any commercial involvement with said organisations.
• Cards will be declared void if found mutilated, misprinted, illegible, forged, altered, reconstructed or tampered with in any way. The card will be declared void if the 'Void if removed' panel has been partially or fully scratched.
• A minimum spend of £10 may be required.
• You are reminded that any attempted fraudulent use of this card may constitute an offence and may lead to prosecution.
• The promoter is not responsible for claims lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
• The prizes are not transferable and there are no cash alternatives unless stated. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value).
• The promoter reserves the right to terminate the game at any time and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry to the game signifies acceptance of these rules. Travelcards Limited reserves the right to withhold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules.

This promotion shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute, controversy or claim between the Parties arising out of or connected with this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in London, UK, before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Rules of Arbitration of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the English language version of the Terms & Conditions will be deemed final & binding.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the game at any time and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry to the game signifies acceptance of these rules. Travelcards Limited reserves the right to withhold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Winners must agree to participate in any subsequent publicity.

The largest prizes consist of the £250 main prize and £100 shopping spree vouchers. In addition there are vouchers for onboard purchases from £20 to £1 (only redeemable on items from Harding Retail shops). Once a discount is claimed all cards will be entered into the £250 prize draw.

Duty free limits apply to the onboard prizes. Goods of greater value than the amount stated on the winning scratch card can be chosen but the price difference will have to be paid by the winner. There is no cash alternative and no cash change is given for selected goods or transactions with a price below the value stated of the winning scratch card.

Ship's Captain will make the draw on the penultimate day of the Cruise. The winning passenger will then be awarded the prize as long as the conditions set out by the rules of this game are met.

Major prize winners are required to confirm that they comply fully with the terms and conditions of the scratch card game. You are therefore required to confirm in writing that neither you nor a family member work directly or indirectly for Harding Retail and Thomson Airlines/Cruises or any of its suppliers as determined by the rules of the game, and you are required to submit this before your claim before a prize can be considered. Winners must also agree to participate in any subsequent publicity.

Entry to the game signifies acceptance of all of these rules. Travelcards Ltd. reserves the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules. The promoter reserves the right to terminate the game at any time. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Voucher discounts are applied by Retail staff at point of sale. Cards are then entered by staff into the prize draw. Cards cannot be entered into the prize draw if the discounts have not been previously claimed. Passengers are entitled to receive an unlimited amount of cards but only a maximum of 5 may be used against any single transaction.

All prizes must be claimed on the Cruise which the card was obtained. Claims cannot be processed on subsequent cruises or at any other time. Harding Retail and Travelcards Limited reserve the right to determine the Euro/Sterling/Dollar exchange rate.
